The bathroom setup in the Popular Executive Room was quite frustrating. The shower didn’t have a proper curb, leading to water running onto the floor, which made the area slippery. Additionally, the lighting was poor, making it difficult to see clearly. Overall, these inconveniences overshadowed the otherwise comfortable stay.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We loved exploring the local attractions like the Palace of Knossos and the city’s vibrant street markets. The staff was super helpful, and I appreciated the handy smartphone provided for calls and maps. The breakfast was delicious and kept us fueled for our adventures!

We did encounter some cleaning issues in our room. there was a bit of dust on the glasses. It wasn’t a huge deal but could be better.

Had a wonderful night in a spacious room with excellent soundproofing. My favorite was the unique sink in the closet! The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring local flavors. Don’t miss chatting with the friendly staff for local tips—they made my experience unforgettable.

Great family getaway

The location really blew me away, right on a bustling square, such a treat. We had a complimentary tray waiting with olive oil, salt, and rusk bread, it was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the experience was still acceptable.

Staying here with my boyfriend and family was fantastic! The space was great, with a beautiful view and a friendly staff. We were warmly welcomed, and the concierge helped us plan a fun day exploring nearby attractions, including the archaeological museum.

My kids wished for a better play area for them to enjoy more activities.

The Urban Executive Room was really spacious and had everything you could want. Loved the coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, and that tablet to control stuff. The shower was awesome—big and modern. It felt great to come back to a comfy space after exploring the city. No major complaints, just really enjoyed the amenities and comfort level.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Popular Executive Room. The location is unbeatable—easy access to bus routes for the archaeological museum and Knossos Palace. I enjoyed the unique tablets available for room control, and the cozy atmosphere was really inviting. A grocery store just a short walk away made it easy to stock up on snacks. Best of all, the complimentary breakfast had tons of options. I loved the Greek spoon sweets.
